In the production of viral vectors and proteins, cell harvest is a critical processing step. In this study, we evaluate the performance of CARR Biosystems’® UFMini single-use centrifuge in the clarification of Expi293F cells by measuring supernatant turbidity and viable cell recovery (VCR).
